Tecra expands cooperation with the scientific community

Last week, Tecra signed a letter of intent with Lecturus - the company associated with the University of Warsaw. This company aims to commercialize the academic knowledge, projects and know-how of the students and other universities organizations, providing professional consulting and help.

Since Tecra focuses on technological projects and startups, the pursuit of innovative solutions should be sought in the academic environment. Collegiate institutions which are eager to develop and introduce their projects to the market are also looking for different ways to present their ideas to a widespread public. One of these ways can be via a crowdfunding platform. 

Tecra Space is the website where science meets big investors; our tokenization platform can provide the chance for scientific projects and startups to attract the capital. The series of the meetings and negotiations with Lecturus resulted in signing the Letter of Intent between two companies. The responsibilities and ranges of activities were established in the following form:

• Tecra is designing and developing an investment platform that offers blockchain solutions to support people from the world of science and high technology in commercializing their projects. It helps in attracting funds to finance research and innovations. 
• Lecturus is the author of a new application that allows its users to have an online consultation with an expert in a given field. It transfers academic knowledge to the investment environment and develops science in Poland.

The mutual interest of the parties is to help Polish scientists and inventors to commercialize their output. Since our partners represent the educational field and are operating in the scientific sector, they will select  the projects with high commercial potential and monitor all stages of its implementation as well as recruit and attract the best experts to consult on them. It will build the trust for investors as the ideas will be carefully “vetted” and backed up by Lecturus experts. It’s highly important for  startups to have the entity that counsel and guide their vision through the entire process of development.

We believe that our intentions will bring fruitful effects that contribute not only to the success of local startups but also to the global world of science.
